Refund policy
The short version. Designing is free, so you can check everything before paying. If you bought a license key and haven't exported with it, we'll refund it within 14 days. AppBro Pro can be cancelled any time. Templates bought from a creator are refunded by that creator.
License keys
- Ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund the full price, as long as the key hasn't been used to export any screenshots.
- Once a key has been used to export, the digital content has been delivered, so it can't be refunded.
- If something on our side stopped your export from working and we can't fix it, we'll refund you even if an export was attempted.
AppBro Pro
- Cancel any time from the billing page in your account. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops. It won't renew again.
- If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, ask and we'll refund that payment and end the subscription.
- We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a later billing period.
Templates bought from creators
Paid templates are sold by the creators themselves, through their own Stripe accounts, so the creator handles refunds. Contact the creator first. If you can't reach them, or the template doesn't match its description, write to us and we'll help.
How to ask for a refund
Email stevegtdbz@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with your license key or the date of the payment. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
