Terms of service
The short version. Designing is free. Exporting needs a one-time license key. Creators can share templates for free, and with AppBro Pro they can sell templates through their own Stripe account and contact app developers. You keep the rights to what you make, and you're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you contact people.

1. About these terms
appbro is operated by [OPERATOR: your full legal name or company name], [ADDRESS: postal address and country] ("we", "us"). By using appbro you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use appbro for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Using the studio
You can design screenshots in the studio for free, without an account. Your projects are stored in your own browser. Save anything important as a .json project file, because clearing browser data deletes it and we can't recover it.
3. License keys
- Exporting screenshots needs a license key, bought once through Stripe checkout. It's not a subscription and doesn't renew.
- Each key is active for the period and includes the AI translation credits shown at checkout. Both are fixed when you buy, so later changes to our offer don't affect keys already sold.
- Your key is your proof of purchase. We email it to the address you give at checkout and can resend it there. Keep it private; anyone with the key can use it.
- Screenshots you export while the key is active are yours to keep and use with no time limit.
- We may revoke a key that was obtained by fraud, charged back, or shared publicly.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
4. Creator accounts and AppBro Pro
Anyone can create a free creator account by signing in with Google. A free account can save and share a limited number of templates by link.
AppBro Pro is a monthly subscription, billed through Stripe, that adds selling templates, Find clients with email outreach, and the AI design wizard, each with monthly usage limits. Current prices and limits are shown before you subscribe. The subscription renews each month until you cancel. When you cancel, it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We may change the price or limits with at least 30 days' notice, which applies from your next billing period.
5. Selling templates
- To sell templates you connect your own Stripe account. Sales are charged directly on that account, so you are the seller: you're responsible for your listings, for customer support and refunds to your buyers, and for your own taxes.
- We may charge a platform fee on each sale. Any fee is shown before you set a price and is deducted by Stripe. Stripe's own fees and terms also apply.
- You may only sell templates you created or have the right to sell, and they must work as described.
- Buyers get the rights to use a purchased template that the creator's listing grants. If the listing says nothing more, a buyer may use and edit the template for their own app's store listings, but not resell or redistribute it.
6. Find clients and outreach
Find clients shows public App Store and Google Play information and can look for a business email that a developer publishes on their own website. Emails you send go out from your own email account, in your name.
- You decide whether and how to contact anyone. You're responsible for following the anti-spam, electronic marketing and data protection laws that apply to you and to the people you write to (for example, GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, or CAN-SPAM in the US).
- Make every message relevant to the recipient's business, identify yourself honestly, and give an easy way to opt out. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
- Don't use the tool for bulk unsolicited messaging, misleading pitches, or anything unrelated to offering your design services or templates. Sending limits apply.
- We may suspend outreach or the account if we receive complaints or see misuse.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the screenshots, images, text and templates you create or upload. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run appbro for you, for example to host a template you share or sell.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including your app's screens, logos and photos. The assets we provide (device frames, 3D icons, illustrations, people cutouts, fonts and templates) may be used in screenshots and promotional images you make with appbro, but not extracted and redistributed as standalone assets.
Store names and device names are trademarks of their owners. appbro is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use appbro to break the law, infringe someone's rights, mislead app store users, upload malware, or interfere with the service, including by scraping it, abusing the AI features, or getting around license or plan limits.
9. AI features
Translations and AI-generated designs can contain mistakes. Check them before you publish. You're responsible for what ends up in your store listing.
10. Warranty and liability
We work to keep appbro reliable, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or rejected store submissions), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
11. Ending use, changes and law
You can stop using appbro at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close an account without a breach on your part, we'll refund any unused prepaid period.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and its courts will hear disputes, without removing any consumer's right to bring a claim in their own country. Contact: stevegtdbz@gmail.com.
